Property agrees to build inventory in the ResHero system within 30 days of receiving notification that their ResHero account is active. TravelHero.com reserves the right to remove properties from the ResHero system if inventory is not built within 30 days.

Property is solely responsible for the maintenance of rates and inventory in the ResHero system. Property agrees to be bound by rates and availability they entered into the ResHero system. TravelHero.com is not responsible for any information provided by Property to the ResHero system.

The ResHero system notifies properties of reservations made against inventory in the system via an automated fax and email. Property retains full responsibility for the reservation. Property must monitor faxes (if it has a fax), as well as email on a regular basis (at least daily) to receive timely notifications of reservations. In all cases, property retains full responsibility for fulfilling any reservations made against Property's inventory in the ResHero system.

ResHero reservations are guaranteed reservations! If Property fails to fulfill a reservation made through the ResHero system, Property will be liable for finding the client similar nearby accommodations, providing transportation to the new accommodation, and other reasonable actions involved in satisfying the client's needs.

Property shall pay a commission for completed reservations of not less than 10% of the net reservation. Property agrees to pay this fee within 30 days of the guest departing. Commissions should be paid to TravelHero.com (IATA 03528851), P.O. Box 13930, Scottsdale, AZ 85267-3930. TravelHero.com reserves the right to remove properties from the ResHero system if 10% or greater commissions are not paid.
