How are rates controlled? You have total control of your rates at all times. You will start by setting your weekday and weekend rack rate for each room. You can modify the rate for every day it changes. Flexibility means you can change your rates for any timeframe. For example, if your rates are higher on a holiday weekend, simply designate it so. The system is easy to use plus you can update your rates at any time.

When I designate inventory, do I lose it forever? No. Our system is extremely flexible. You can add or remove inventory at any time.

Do I need a computer or Internet access? Yes. You can designate inventory to be placed into the ResHero database maintained in Arizona. This allows visitors to TravelHero.com, or any of our hundreds of partner web sites, to search your property for availability on their travel nights. If a reservation is made, you receive a fax confirmation of the reservation within minutes, including the guest's name, contact information, and credit card guarantee. At the same time, the guest is receiving an email confirmation of the reservation they've made. You designate your own cancellation policy, and in the event they must cancel their reservation, it is the guest's responsibility to conform to that policy to avoid charges to their credit card.

Where do potential hotel guests find my property? Everywhere! TravelHero.com and our distribution network have about 2.5 million unique visitors every month and that number is growing.

Will my hotel be highlighted in the TravelHero.com listings? Yes. All ResHero properties are highlighted in our city listings with a green checkmark to the right of the property names. Visitors know that your property gives instant availability, rates, and confirmations.

What does it cost? There are no setup or monthly fees for joining ResHero. There is a minimum 10 percent commission fee for each completed ResHero reservation, which means we only get paid if you get results.
